Lo switch impiega una soluzione avanzata di processore di rete con piena capacità di throughput a 10G, con cinque porte Ethernet a 10G che supportano l'auto-negoziazione tra gli standard multi-rate 100M/1G/2,5G/5G/10G. Utilizzando un meccanismo di store-and-forward, il dispositivo integra un sistema di buffering intelligente con caching dei pacchetti ad alta capacità per garantire un inoltro a velocità di linea non bloccante su tutte le porte, offrendo prestazioni deterministiche per le applicazioni sensibili alla latenza.
